Pinch gut

Once a rock and a fishing spot for aboriginal Australians, called in Eora during those times Mattewanye. Afterwards a sentence dreaded more than solitary confinement or the threadmill by the convicts; the mission: transform the island and use the sandstone for building. Later a fort for surveillance. Now a different and most interesting place for lunch. Plus you get to commute in a boat!

The firing of the canyon at 1pm a unique and most random experience.
